About the artists

Laura Sherriffs of Fernweh, a slow fashion textile business, is inspired by a spirit of adventure and exploring the wilds of Scotland. The key values in Laura’s work are the use of natural materials sourced in the UK whose processes are sustainable and environmentally safe.

Aubin Stewart of Aubin Jewellery is a designer with a passion for alternative materials and loves nothing more that re-purposing waste, found or offcut materials into one-off or small batch produced wearable pieces. Finding that they have a shared interest in re-purposing scrap and off cut materials to reduce waste using alternate approaches, both makers are coming together to share their skills in this workshop at Greyhope Bay.
