Edinburgh Open Workshop (EOW) has a number of workspaces available medium to long term in our craft room
Edinburgh Open Workshop (EOW) is a large-scale, open access workshop in the heart of Leith, offering resident space and flexible pay-as-you-go accesses to studio space, storage, fabrication bays, workbenches, maker spaces, large workshop tools, and hand tools.
The Craft Room is currently home to props makers, designers and textile workers, some of whom benefit from access to the workshop floor and equipment.
The space is open plan with individual maker spaces that are 3.2m x 3.5m and are unfurnished so you can make them your own. The spaces are available as individual lots or can be combined to make a larger space of 6.4m x 7m.
The craft room is light and airy with central heating and has a central cutting table available to all users.
For those who feel they are outside of that remit, we have options available on the workshop floor.
