Commissions

Ceramics made at Sea Drift Pottery reflect the hills and shores of Argyll. Often containing elements of the landscape by means of found clay, sand and small rocks, the textures and abstract shape or form ground them in their locality. Function plays a major role to each piece. There is a love of repetition to throwing pots while the hand-built pieces provide and slower process and reflection during the making.

The studio is located at Holy Loch Marina near Dunoon, Argyll. It is open to visit all year round with pottery wheel taster workshops available to book March- October. Ceramics made at the studio are sold in galleries around Scotland and I also work with businesses on bespoke commissions. Recent commissions have been created for Gleneagles Hotel Spa, Rosewood London, Crear Weddings and Kilmartin Glen Spirits.
