Taking inspiration from #futuresewingbox, join designer Chloe Patience to create a unique embellished motif which you can later stitch onto your own garments. Embroidered motifs, or patches, are a fantastic way to revive clothing and can be reused for years to come.
Using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques along with a variety of embroidery threads and beading materials, you will learn how to to create a motif to revive an unloved garment.
Chloe specialises in unique hand embroidery and embellishment for the fashion and interiors market. Chloe is also the co-founder of bebaroque, which was stocked in the world’s leading luxury department stores including Harrods, Liberty's and Selfridges. Her eye-catching designs have been worn both on and off stage by artists such as Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Ellie Goulding and Christina Aguilera. Recent freelance clients include Wolford, Timorous Beasties, Nobody & Co and Bluebellgray.
All materials and equipment will be supplied.
