Natalia Manczak is a botanical sculptor who specialises in creating incredibly realistic flowers and plants from paper, as well as creating eco-friendly traditional Polish folk decorations. Drawing on her Polish roots, she puts a modern twist on traditional folk crafts. Paper is one of Natalia’s favourite materials due to its versatile properties and endless creative possibilities.

Join Natalia and learn how to make two types of festive Polish paper decorations. ‘Jezyki’ (hedgehog) baubles date back to the mid-18th century, when they were made by country women and their children during advent and used to decorate the Christmas tree. Paper pom poms are a simple and fun way to bring colour into your home and can be used in so many ways, including bunting, tree decorations and wrapping gifts.
