The Art and Craft Collective are delighted to present their first artistic/sculptural blacksmithing exhibition, showcasing the work of Jaxx Waygood in his first solo exhibition after finishing his Master's degree at Edinburgh College of Art.
There are twelve hand-forged 'acrobatic sculptures' on display as well as a large collection of copper repousse masks, titled - 'The emblem of the pandemic'.
This event is part of Craft Week Scotland 2021, a nationwide celebration of Scottish contemporary craft running from Monday 25 – Sunday 31 October 2021.
A new experience from Craft Scotland highlighting the vibrant Scottish craft sector and encouraging communities across Scotland to discover, shop and learn about contemporary craft.
