You’ll be guided through the processes involved in creating a hand-woven bolster cushion. Explore various techniques such as designing for the peg-loom, weaving a variety of stitches and waeving in the round.
Everything you need will be on hand including colourful quality yarns. If you have any special chunky yarns that you would like to incorporate in the piece, please feel free to bring these along to make your finished cushion even more personal. Tea, coffee, biscuits and plenty of encouragement will be provided.
Use your finished cushion as a decorative piece or as a yoga bolster – the shape is ideal for using in restorative poses to support the body. As well as you cushion, you’ll also leave with the confidence and knowledge to continue your peg-loom weaving journey beyond the weekend.
