Specialising in furniture making and interior design, Campbell Scanlan is a designer/maker based in Glasgow. He offers a completely tailored interior design service from initial concept and design through to manufacturing and installation, working closely with the client throughout the process to cater to their exact needs.

Campbell grew up in a remote crofting community in the Outer Hebrides where he was immersed in island arts, crafts and cultural traditions. Self builds are common practice in the Hebrides and Campbell was employed in the construction of a number of new build timber homes and glamping pods. He furthered his design and craft skills at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Dundee where he received a BSc in Product Design.

Campbell has worked on a range of projects including bespoke hand-built kitchens, large bookshelves, free standing furniture, artists’ sculptures, large scale constructions and shop fitting. Versatile working methods and a large workshop space ensure that he can work in a variety of materials, styles and scales to suit any budget.

For commission or manufacturing enquires please feel free to get in touch. Alternatively, there are some smaller made to order furniture pieces available through his online shop.
