Each order placed on the Craft Scotland Online Marketplace is fulfilled and shipped directly by the maker who designed and created it. The delivery charges and services for each product can be found on the relevant product pages.
Please note all orders placed between 20 December 2018 and 6 January 2019 will be processed from the week commencing 7 January 2019.
Please take into consideration that there may be multiple delivery charges for orders from more than one maker. For multiple products brought from the same maker, only the most expensive cost will apply. Please find and check the total delivery cost on the checkout page.
By placing an order you are agreeing to the stated delivery time found on the product page. In the rare event that this changes you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email.
You will be notified via email when your partial/full order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
