Have fun creating a wreath out of old recycled biscuit tins. Go traditional or opt for a more contemporary look. We’ll be wiring the flowers and leaves onto a strong wire base so no soldering involved. You’ll come away at the end of the day with a wreath that is very much yours. Plenty of examples will be on hand for inspiration along with flower and leaf templates.

All materials and tools will be supplied but do bring along any biscuit or sweet tins you would like to incorporate and any buttons or beads you would like to add.

No experience required.. Suitable for 18+.

Philippa Johnston is a metalwork artist based in Dunning in Perthshire who works sculpturally with recycled tin, wire, clay and other materials. Instagram @philippajohnston257
