Fife Contemporary 2026 Exhibition: Call for Proposals

Open call for exhibition proposals to feature in 2026 Exhibition – ‘The Artist’s Voice in the Permacrisis'

Closing date: 15 Jul 2025

In March 2026 Fife Contemporary will produce a new exhibition exploring how artists are dealing with uncertainty and are finding a place to respond in the Climate Crisis: from developing sites of reassurance and security to creating radical resistance. Fife Contemporary are issuing this open call for proposals from artists to feature in the exhibition with the current working theme – ‘The Artist’s Voice in the Permacrisis’.
Fife Contemporary will support successful artists with an exhibition fee of £250 per artist for every 3 months of loan period. If exhibiting in both parts of this exhibition we expect the total fee to be £1000 per artist.
There is a further contribution of £1000 available to support one artist with the cost of realising a new work.
