Research & Surveys

Survey: Maker or Manager - choice or necessity?

Calling all makers who work in arts administration/management and arts managers who were, or are, engaged in creative practice.

Closing date: 25 Apr 2021

This research is conducted by a Doctoral researcher at Queen Margaret University and looks at makers who also earn a living working in arts administration and/or management.

The overall purpose is to enable makers to develop and retain their practice while also working in what is a related, but very different, field, and which requires different skills and 'mind set'.
